What are the entry requirements and qualifications?

Foundation/ Pre-U/A-level: SPM /O-level: Minimum 5 credits including English, Mathematics or relevant Science subjects (Physics/Biology/Chemistry)

Diploma:

  • SPM /O-level: Minimum 3- 5 credits including English, Mathematics or relevant Science subjects (Physics/Biology/Chemistry)

Bachelor’s Degree:

  • A-Levels: BBB, ABC or AAC in Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Mathematics.
  • UEC: 6As including A1 in Mathematics and Advanced Mathematics. Minimum CGPA of 2.5-3.0 in one of the following, foundation, diploma, a-level or STPM

Master: Obtain a bachelor’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 or equivalent or candidates with a bachelor’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 and below 2.75 may also be admitted upon passing the internal assessment or candidates with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with less than CGPA 2.50 but with a minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

PhD: A related Master’s Degree recognized by the University Senate. Other qualifications equivalent to a Master’s Degree as recognized2w by the Malaysian Government.
