SAM :Tertiary Entrance Rank of 70 and Grade B in 2 of the relevant subjects

UEC :Grade B in 6 of the relevant subjects

Canadian Pre-University (CPU) :Average of 70% in 6 of the relevant subjects

What are the skills needed?

Tech Savy: You have to love computers and technology in general to get into this subject. To be successful in IT you have to know how devices such as computer works.

Visionary: Many problems can rise up in IT such as malfunctions, viruses and bugs and as the IT student, you need to vision what upcoming problems will come up in order to prevent it.

Patience: Learning how to code, fix a laptop or program something does not happen over-night. You learn these concepts for months with practical training. You have to have the patience to not lose motivation and get easily bored.
