  • Must not exceed 45 years old for Ph.D level and 50 years old for Degree level on 31st December 2020​
  • Candidates who are currently serving in any public or private sector ​
  • At least 3 years of serving in PPPT employment (grade 41 and above) at the application date​
  • Not blacklisted from PTPTN or TPP
