Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management
In collaboration with Robert Gordon University (RGU), this is a fast-track degree designed to provide a wholesome and compact learning experience to students without compromising the quality of their studies.
Through this program, students gain academic qualifications and transferrable skills in the hospitality and service sectors, making them desirable candidates to potential employers. The curriculum consists of a range of teaching methods such as lectures, tutorials, pair and group projects, individual research and reports, as well as study trips to industry facilities.

Students who do not meet the English Requirements can join our 10-week University English Foundation program. The course is designed for hospitality and culinary arts students in undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
