Malaysian students
Registered with the Social Welfare Department (JKM) and already have an OKU card;
The courses followed must be recognized by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) or the Public Service Department (JPA).
Students with disabilities who receive their own education loans or financing are eligible to receive my wangsaku element and tuition fees. Scholarship recipients are eligible for pocket money only;
Students must be pursuing their studies at any public university or IPTS (under the supervision of MOHE) or Community College and Polytechnic;
Students attending part-time courses or distance learning are eligible for this financial assistance;
Students with disabilities must not be on a paid study leave period (full / partial)
