Scholarship Detail

Overview

This education fund, coordinated by Sin Chew Daily, provides support for students in need of financial assistance to ​complete tertiary education locally and helps them choose free diploma / degree programs provided by national higher education institutions.

Eligibility

1. Applicants must be Malaysian.​
2. Excellent results in the Malaysian Diploma of Education / A Level / Malaysian Senior School Diploma / Uni-University Examination or other equivalent exams.​
3. Active in sports and extracurricular activities.​
4. Not accepted or subject to any grants/scholarships offered by any institution or institution.​
5. Students must meet the grades set by the college / university in order to be eligible for a scholarship.

Instructions

1. First, applicants must register and become a member on the official website of the Sin Chew Daily Education Fund.​
2. After successfully registering as a member, applicants can directly access the Sin Chew Daily Education Fund website to launch an electronic application form.​
3. After completing the completed information, please print out the electronic application form.​
4. After signing the printed application form, send it along with the relevant documents to this address – Sin Chew Daily Education Fund​, Sin Chew Media Corporation Berhad (Corp Comm & Promotion Dept)​, 19 Jalan Semangat 46200 Petaling Jaya Selangor​

5. Submit document image reference.​

All letters must be entered online or printed clearly. Once the applicant is found to have misrepresented the information or deliberately concealed the information, it will be eliminated immediately. The required documents must be presented along with the application. Applications that are overdue will not be accepted. All applications must be enclosed in an envelope and indicated in the upper left corner of the envelope to select a tertiary institution/discipline.​
